Unexpected bad news concerning my family

This morning I received some unexpected bad news concerning my family. I'm not going to get into much detail to protect my family's privacy, but basically a relative passed away. I'm not sure yet what's going to happen.

I was just getting motivated for activity this morning, but then this drained the life out of me. I'm working on a quick list of priorities for the day and the week. I might need to let some things slide for now.
